ENGLISH: Fernando Llort is an formidable artist who captured my eyes as well as my heart. his unique style has combined the simplicity and complexity of a whole country which is full of light and colors just as his paintings. Fernando Llort has turn his style to be like a voice and characteristics of the Salvadorian people.

ESPAÑOL: Fernando Llort es un artista formidable el cual a dejado con su arte un legado imborrable para el pueblo Salvadoreño. Llort a conseguido cautivar mi corazón ademas de mis ojos. Su estilo unico combina la simplicidad y complejidad de todo un pueblo el cual a su vez esta lleno de luz y colores brillantes como sus propias pinturas. Fernando Llort ha conbertido con su arte una voz y una expresión de las caracteristicas del pueblo Salvadoreño.

ENGLISH: The new Metropolitan Cathedral of San Salvador.  Under Construction for nearly 50 years.  The Final design, including murals and beautiful tile work is by Fernando Llort.  If you saw it 10 years ago, you know what an achievement Llort and Salvadorian's fine craftsmen have created.  It was an unfinished mess even before the horrible earthquake damage of 1986.  Its completion is a magnificent symbol of new hope and peace after 12 terrible years of war.

ESPAÑOL: La Catedral Metropolitana de San Salvador se mantubo en construcción por cerca de 50 años. El diseño final que incluye murales y azulejos, fueron hechos por Fernando Llort.  Esta obra es una realización muy significativa para el pueblo Salvaroreño ya que esta trae consigo un mensaje de paz y esperanza luego de 12 años de guerra.

ENGLISH: Radiant silk-screen print of a work by Fernando Llort. Titled "My Harmonious Town," this print holds special significance, depicting the façade of the Cathedral of San Salvador. This colorful work serves as a tribute to the cathedral, which was finally opened after remaining closed for 12 years due to construction and the unstable political climate of the civil war in El Salvador. Inside the Cathedral is burry Monseñor Romero who represents an important figure for the Salvadorian people.

ESPAÑOL: Serigrafia "La Armonia de mi Pueblo." Reproducción de obras por Fernando Llort hecha por medio de marcos de seda usandose un marco por color y deslisando la pintura con una paleta. Este diseño tiene un significado especial pués fue hecho por el artista para la fachada de la Catedral de San Salvador luego de estar cerrada durante 12 años de guerra ,fue reabierta para homenajear a los salvadoreños. Fernando Llort preparó un diseño muy especial que ciertamente va pasar a la historia de El Salvador. En la catedral esta enterrado un martír muy importante de este país: Monseñor Romero. Durante la ultima visita del Papa a El Salvador, el pontífice se emocionó frente a la obra del artista.
